Shri Nitin Gadkari Ji has been honored with his 7th honorary degree, Doctor of Literature (D.Litt.), during the Special Convocation Ceremony of Assam Down Town University in Guwahati. He received this honorary doctorate in recognition of his substantial contributions to the infrastructural development in the North-east region.
